Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Water Truck Operator to join our construction team in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating water trucks efficiently to support various construction and earth-moving activities. This role requires a robust understanding of heavy equipment operation, safety protocols, and the ability to work in a dynamic setting. Prior experience with heavy machinery and construction projects is highly valued to ensure smooth operations and project success.

Responsibilities
Operate water trucks to supply water for dust control, compaction, and other construction needs.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of water trucks to ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with site supervisors and equipment operators to meet daily operational requirements.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment as needed on-site.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Maintain accurate records of water usage and equipment maintenance logs.
Support other heavy equipment operations such as dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator,



and farm machinery when required.

Qualifications
Valid commercial driver’s license Class 1 or 3 REQUIRED (CDL) with a clean driving record.
Experience operating heavy equipment including grader, dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator, or similar machinery.
Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Construction experience preferred, with familiarity in earth-moving operations.
Ability to operate heavy machinery such as Caterpillar equipment or similar brands.
Knowledge of farm machinery and general heavy equipment operation is a plus.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
