Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Floor Manager to lead our team in delivering customer service and operations management. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your leadership will drive team success, streamline fuel service processes, and uphold the highest standards of daily operations.

Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth fueling experiences, and customer service
Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service, and maintain high quality standards of the retail store and gas pumps
Manage POS systems such as Bulloch BT9000 for accurate cash handling, retail purchases, and fuel management
Handle any issues related to the POS or the pumps including technical issues or payment processing issues




Monitor daily activities including stocking, organizing, merchandising, cleaning, and upholding quality standards of the store at all times
Provide training and ongoing coaching on customer service and adequate cleanliness and organization of the store
Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience for all guests

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in retail or gas station settings
Familiarity with POS systems such as Bulloch Technologies and cash handling procedures
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Ability to prioritize appropriately in stressful situations
Experience in organization of retail merchandise
Previous gas station experience is highly desirable
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
