Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every client. The RMT will work in a independent and supportive environment dedicated to health and healing, contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Responsibilities
Deliver skilled massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment notes
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness strategies
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Uphold professional standards and adhere to licensing requirements at all times




Maintain ongoing professional development through continuing education and training opportunities
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse clients and create a welcoming atmosphere
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry best practices
