We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Aluminium Fabricator to join our energetic sign manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing aluminium components used in a variety of construction applications relating to the sign industry. Your expertise will help ensure high-quality craftsmanship, precision, and efficiency in every project. Duties
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately fabricate aluminium structures.
Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium materials using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment.
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and other heavy equipment safely within the warehouse or manufacturing facility.
Weld aluminium components with precision to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Use assembly techniques to join fabricated parts into finished products or structures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during fabrication and assembly processes.
Conduct quality checks throughout production to ensure all aluminium components meet specifications before delivery or installation.
Skills
Strong mechanical knowledge related to metal fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
Experience operating forklifts, heavy equipment, and power tools safely and efficiently.
Skilled in welding techniques specific to aluminium materials.
Proficiency with hand tools used in manufacturing and construction environments.
Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and construction site requirements.
Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management is advantageous.
