Job Summary
We are hiring RNs and LPNs to deliver one-on-one pediatric care in a home-care setting. Your responsibilities may include administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure secure, effective care for mother and infant.
This position is NIGHTS only
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes
Maintain accurate patient records
Support care planning and assessments as needed
Provide compassionate communication and support to patients and families
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
Current BCCNM license in good standing
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Pediatric experience is an asset (training available)
Physical Requirements
This role may involve bending, lifting, transferring, or participating in play/care activities with children and youth (ages 0–19). Must be able to safely perform these duties with or without accommodation.
