A full time physician is required as soon as possible for a well-established clinic in beautiful Port Alberni, BC.

The current physician is seeking 1 or 2 physicians to take over his patient panel so that he can transition into a well-deserved retirement.

This is a turnkey opportunity to lead your own independent practice while benefiting from the infrastructure of a vibrant medical hub.

You will operate your own clinic within a skilled building shared by three other independent family physicians, fostering a collegial atmosphere.

Labs and an after-hours clinic, providing maximum convenience for your patients.

Beyond the clinic, you have the flexibility to pursue acute Care at West Coast General Hospital, Addictions Medicine, ER, obstetrics, Palliative Care, or Long-Term Care.

Anticipated Start Date December 1, Benefit May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidy Agreement (RSA) including: Recruitment Incentive: up to a maximum of $10, (pro-rated based on FTE) Relocation: up to a maximum of $15, (amount based on location relocating from)



Fee Premium - 7.98%; Annual Flat Fee - $12,.72 Rural CME starting at $2,/annum in year 3&4 in community, increasing to a maximum of $4,/annum after 4 years.
