Main responsibilities:
Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders accurately in POS system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Monitor and observe guests dining experience.



Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Prepare final bill ensuring its accuracy, present check to guest, enter and accept correct payment, process credit/debit/gift card charges accurately or make change if applicable.
Accurately complete server cash-out at the end of service shift.
Following established procedures and policies when completing tasks.
Be an Ambassador for the Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites and Vista 18.
Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:
Must have a valid Serving it Right certificate
Proven cash handling experience
Must possess exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
Must possess robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven communications skills and ability to work positively in a team workplace and respond well to direction.
Ability to complete shifts that include frequent standing, walking, bending and lifting.
Previous food and beverage service experience necessary.
