Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system ensuring explicit communication with the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments with basic math skills
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently followed during food handling and serving
Assist in food preparation when needed,



supporting kitchen staff to deliver timely service
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations to uphold a welcoming environment
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and resolving concerns efficiently

Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus, but, we are willing to train.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Experience with POS systems
Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced workplace through excellent time management skills
Basic math proficiency for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
Food industry or hospitality background is advantageous; kitchen experience is a bonus
Commitment to food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques
