Heritage Animal Hospital is currently looking for two individuals to join our team. This role combines front-office responsibilities with hands-on animal care, creating a busy and rewarding workplace. You’ll be the friendly face greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations, all while supporting veterinary staff with essential clinical tasks. Duties
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures to create a welcoming atmosphere
Manage appointment scheduling, reminders, and patient records efficiently using our clinic management software
Answer phone calls promptly, provide information to pet owners, and handle inquiries professionally
Assist veterinary technicians and veterinarians with clinical tasks such as restraining animals, collecting samples, and preparing exam rooms
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, treatment rooms, and entire hospital to ensure a safe environment for staff and animals




Support inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of medications and equipment
Document patient histories, treatment notes, and laboratory results accurately while adhering to privacy standards
For RVTs, potential lead RVT position available as part or full time

Qualifications
Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members
Passion for animals with a caring attitude and attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
Basic computer skills; familiarity with veterinary practice management software is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
