Best Personnel Inc. is currently accepting applications for experienced Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers to join our workforce for upcoming client assignments.

We are an employment agency that provides workers to a variety of construction and work sites across the Lower Mainland. Assignments may vary by location, duration, schedule, client needs, and worker availability. Some opportunities may offer full time hours depending on the assignment.

What this role involves
Performing general carpentry work on active construction sites
Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing building materials
Assisting with framing, formwork, finishing, and other carpentry-related tasks
Reading and following drawings, site instructions, and project specifications
Transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the work site
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
Assisting with general site duties as needed

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of carpentry or carpenter helper experience
Ability to use carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively
Fluent in English with solid verbal communication skills




Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditions
Fall protection is an asset
Reliable, safety-conscious, and qualified
Reliable transportation
