ARPAC is growing and we need your help! We are currently looking for a full time Buildings & Grounds Attendant for our Delta Head Office. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑minded, and takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean, organized, and presentable

A Typical Day

The Buildings & Grounds Attendant is responsible for ensuring the exterior and surrounding areas of our facilities remain clean, safe, and well‑maintained. Your day may include tasks such as pressure washing, garbage removal, yard organization, basic building upkeep, and assisting with shipping/receiving duties as needed. No two days are ever the same.

Requirements
Ability to perform heavy lifting occasionally and moderate lifting frequently
Ability to follow instruction and work within a team environment
Ability to work independently
Previous shipping experience would be considered an asset
Solid awareness of surroundings taking into account safety of self and others
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in a similar industry or position would be considered an asset
Forklift/ scissor lift certification is considered an asset

Expected Wage: $22.00 - $25.85/hr (salary will commensurate with experience)
