Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Hairstylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairstyling/haircolouring and customer service, creating beautiful looks while providing an exceptional client experience. Duties
Provide a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling tailored to client preferences.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable hair care solutions.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet their hair care needs.
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments.
Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques,



and products through ongoing career development.

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
Knowledge of sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe salon environment.
Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a genuine approach.
Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration.
Experience in retail sales is a plus for promoting products and services.
Previous front desk experience is desirable for managing appointments and client interactions efficiently.
