Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience
Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Support team members by completing assigned tasks efficiently and collaboratively
Answer customer inquiries promptly and direct them to appropriate departments or resources
Ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for staff and visitors
Participate in inventory management activities such as receiving shipments and updating stock records




Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues

Experience
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
