Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master/Agile Coach(8+ years) to lead agile delivery for an AI prototyping team building AI and dataintensive solutions Join a highimpact initiative driving innovation in AI and datadriven development within a leading energy organization.

This role leads Agile delivery for a prototyping team, ensuring velocity, transparency, and continuous improvement while collaborating across product, data, and AI/ML development functions.

It offers the chance to combine Agile leadership with technical fluency in advanced AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, and vector databases.

Duration: 1 year initial contract with a possibility of extension Working model: Hybrid in downtown Calgary (3 days onsite/ 2 days remote) Must Haves 810 years an Agile Coach/Scrum

Master withexperience leading high-velocity delivery, innovation, or prototyping teams Strong experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Experience managing and prioritizing AI/GenAI -focused product backlogs while driving sprint execution and delivery accountability Working understanding of AI/GenAI delivery concepts including LLMs, RAG, embeddings,



vector databases, and multi-agent system s Experience collaborating with cross-functional product owners, AI/ML, data engineering, and platform teams Robust ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments within fast-paced Agile setting Nice to Have Postsecondary education in a relevant field Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps environments Experience mentoring Agile teams towards autonomy and selforganization Exposure to crossfunctional collaboration in AI or data engineering contexts Responsibilities Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies, maintaining consistent cadence and team engagement Partner with the Product Owner to manage and prioritize AI prototyping backlogs Track and report metrics such as velocity and sprint progress for executive updates Remove delivery impediments and manage interteam dependencies to sustain sprint momentum Coach teams on continuous improvement and Agile maturity Collaborate across product, data engineering, and AI development groups to align sprint objectives Operate with autonomy and accountability, supporting minimaloversight delivery
