Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature, quality, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
Assist with menu planning by providing input on grilling techniques and ingredient selection
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen operations

Qualifications




Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with grill-focused roles
Solid knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques specific to grilling
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating attention to nutritional guidelines
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality standards
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Prior experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is advantageous

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
