Skills:
Ability to interpret customer drawings, technical specifications and quality assurance standards
Robust understanding of GD&T; and machine shop techniques.
Use a variety of inspection equipment to inspect parts/gages/fixtures and determine compliance
Prior experience in a CNC machine shop an asset
Experience with Microsoft Office Programs
Solid written/verbal communication skills

Responsibilities to Include:
Inspecting completed parts, compare to requirements, and measure/document dimensional results
Participating in the calibration of gages and equipment
Participating in the non-conformance deficiency management process
Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Experience
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or quality department or prior 5+ machining experience
