We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing, assembling, and installing high-quality custom cabinets, countertops, and millwork according to specifications and blueprints. The ideal candidate has solid woodworking skills and experience operating woodworking machinery in a rapid-paced production setting.

Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, and laminate materials.
Build custom cabinets, vanities, shelving units, and other millwork products.
Operate woodworking machinery, including table saws, panel saws, edge banders, CNC routers, drills, sanders, and other power tools.
Install hardware such as hinges, drawer slides, handles, and locks.
Perform sanding, finishing, and quality inspections on completed products.
Maintain accurate measurements and ensure products meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.




Assist with loading, packaging, and installation when required.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker or Woodworking Technician.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Experience operating woodworking machinery and hand tools.
Strong measuring and mathematical skills.
Knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Requirements
Previous cabinet-making or custom millwork experience.
Familiarity with laminate, veneer, solid wood, and MDF products.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
CSA-approved safety shoes required.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
