Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of heavy machinery such as trucks, excavators, cranes, and farm equipment
Learn to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely during repair tasks
Support the assembly and disassembly of industrial and automotive components using appropriate tools and techniques
Conduct basic diagnostics on engines, hydraulic systems, electrical wiring, and other mechanical parts
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspection results




Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment and industrial machinery

Skills
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts, excavators, or cranes is advantageous
Basic mechanical knowledge including understanding of schematics and troubleshooting electrical or hydraulic systems
Experience with welding, hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance practices
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
Solid customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed
Knowledge of industrial equipment assembly, HVAC systems, or farm machinery is beneficial
