We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to established recipes and standards
Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Assist with food plating and presentation to enhance visual appeal
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including equipment and utensils
Support the team during busy service times by providing timely and productive service
Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines at all times
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line/prep cook in a restaurant setting
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge of meal preparation and food industry standards is preferred
Experience with serving or food service operations is a plus
Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
