We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar and dining area.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Provide support during busy periods by helping fellow team members as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in bartending or serving in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques is a plus.
Solid communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
