Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions
Assist in food preparation and food handling to meet safety and sanitation standards
Serve food and beverages efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as order taking, serving, and cleaning

Requirements




Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting using good time management skills
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and transaction processing
Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
