Responsibilities As a Midas automotive technician, youll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, including: Diagnostics Brake service and repair Tires and tire repair Steering and suspension Car heating and air conditioning Radiator and engine cooling systems Mufflers and exhaust services Batteries, starting and charging Belts and hoses Oil services Check engine light Visual safety and courtesy inspections Qualifications Ability to repair vehicles independently,



while also having experience working well in a team workplace Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, tires & engine diagnostics Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and diagnostic tools Able to service both import and domestic vehicles Valid drivers license Own personal tools Minimum three years automotive repair experience MIDAS locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
