Reporting to the Lift Operations Supervisor, the ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy working in an outdoor mountain environment.

comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity Ensure public and personal safety on lifts Offer the highest degree of guest service Responsible for loading and unloading mountain bikes and offer assistance to passengers Inspect and scan passenger lift tickets Assist in maintaining biking and hiking trails Have a high degree of lift knowledge to be able to operate a designated lift with confidence Carry out MODULA (Maintain, Operate, Design, Unload, Load, Areas) Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook Know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program Know and comply with all expectations of the Injury Management/Return-to-Work Programs Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable You Have: An outgoing, confident & friendly personality Valuable communication & interpersonal skills A commitment to being punctual & reliable The physical capability to undertakeheavy labor with a passion for working outdoors Mountain bike skills (an asset) Compensation and Benefits: Competitive wage: $19.00 p/hour Mountain access perks: Staff receive an
