We are currently looking for experienced Equipment Operators with air brakes to work seasonally in a full-time capacity, in Edmonton.
We are looking for operators of skid steer, rollers along with other supporting equipment.
The successful candidate must be able to align with the company''s core values: Commitment, Attitude and Respect.
Responsibilities: Equipment operating with some laborer duties when required Perform a variety of tasks involving some manual labour Work with minimal supervision Perform daily safety and maintenance checks Other duties as required Qualifications:
Required experience in the operation of construction-related equipment Ability to work extended hours including weekends when required Open to training & learning safe operation of different equipment Must possess a valid class 5 drivers license with air brakes and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to work sites.
Class 3 license would be beneficial for water truck duties Attention to detail, able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner Ability to follow directions Ability to work in varying weather conditions Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Willingness and ability to work extended hours and weekends when required Valid safety certifications are an asset but not essential Additional Information: This position is eligible for paid over-time Travel outside of Edmonton not expected Training will be provided for various activities Excellent wages with benefit eligibility after 3 months Chance for continuing benefits during the winter months (off-season) Potential on-call work opportunities during the winter months for snow removal and street sweeping The Fath Group: Building Positive Change in Our Communities.
