Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Aide (HCA) to join our team on a casual basis.

The HCA will work under the direction of nursing staff to provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Observe and report changes in residents condition to nursing staff Assist with serving meals Maintain a clean, secure, and respectful setting Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members Qualifications Health Care Aide Certificate (recognized program)



Current CPR/First Aid certification Experience in Supportive Living Setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Explicit criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening Skills & Attributes Compassionate and patient-focused Reliable and flexible (must be available for various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends) Strong observational skills Physical ability to perform job duties (lifting, transferring, etc.) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain experience and grow within the organization Powered by JazzHR
