Join Cadence as a Customer Service Engineer focused on Virtual Manufacturing & Costing simulation software. Provide technical support and training while improving customer engagement and product documentation.
In this role, you will facilitate application support, helpdesk assistance, and create training materials for the Cadence MSC Virtual Manufacturing & Costing software. Your responsibilities will include conducting customer-specific training, developing application examples, and contributing feedback to enhance product quality. Gain international exposure and work with sales partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support via web, email,
and phone • Create tutorials and documentation for simulation software • Conduct training courses tailored to customer needs • Manage service projects independently and autonomously • Collaborate with teams to drive product enhancements
Requirements: • Up to 5 years of CAE experience, including internships • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes • Familiarity with FTI or Simufact products • Business fluent in English • Completed degree in mechanical or materials engineering
