Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Counter Sales professional for a full time, direct hire opportunity with an established full-line electrical distributor serving commercial, industrial, and residential customers.

This role is based at the Barrie branch and is ideal for someone with current electrical wholesale or distributor counter sales experience who enjoys working directly with electrical contractors and trade customers.

The successful candidate will work with supportive leadership, collaborate with sales and operations teams, and play an important role in helping customers get the right electrical products, pricing, and service support.





Key Responsibilities - Manage customer orders at the counter and over the phone in a professional, accurate, and timely manner. - Serve electrical contractors and trade customers with courteous, polished, and knowledgeable support. - Provide technical assistance and product guidance on electrical materials and components. - Coordinate order picking, order assembly, and delivery scheduling to support customer needs. - Assist with pricing discussions and work with Sales Managers when negotiation or approval is required. - Maintain strong attention to detail while handling multiple customer requests and order priorities.

Compensation and Benefits - Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000 per year. - Job type: Full time, permanent, direct hire. - Schedule: Day shift - Benefits include extended health care, on-site parking, and casual dress.
