You'll assist in selecting equipment and ensure timely responses to customer orders and inquiries. Your organizational and communication skills will be vital in managing customer expectations and coordinating with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quotes for centrifugal and positive displacement pumps
• Review and respond promptly to customer leads daily
• Provide pump sizing guidance and engineering support
• Manage order submissions and clarify internal requests
• Coordinate with sub suppliers to meet customer specifications
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in customer service or purchasing
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Robust skills in negotiation and task management
• Familiarity with industry products is advantageous
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions
