Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist all customers with locating parts/resources/placing orders
- Suggest additional items as recommended
- Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking/merchandising
- Receive/count inventory
- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
- Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge

Requirements





- Excellent communication skills
- Ag parts/machinery knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid driver's license
- Work flexible/extended hours and weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment
- Red Seal in Parts an asset
