Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and conduct wound assessments
• Monitor and document residents’ health conditions

• Provide in-service education and staff orientation
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license from BCCNM and First Aid certification
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Robust English communication skills
• Proficient in basic computer software
• Ability to perform physical tasks and manage cleaning supplies
