Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to make rig mats in the mat plant facility.

Key Area: Development and Execution

- Keeping up with the production line
- Finishing tasks in a timely manner
- Working with supervisor to maintain an orderly and safe work site
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment
- Other duties as required

Job Requirements – Complexity

Maintaining relationships with all personnel to ensure close communication in a professional and courteous manner within Northern Mat & Bridge LP, and its various partnerships.

Experience Requirements

- Physical labour experience
- Previous lumber/manufacturing experience an asset
- Capable of running power tools/equipment
- Enjoy manufacturing environment/schedule

- Demonstrated understanding of alternative dispute resolution techniques and other employee relations approaches

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. This is a fulltime, long term employment opportunity; contractors will not be considered.
