• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Complete mise en place well ahead of service
• Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas
• Follow provincial health regulations and food handling procedures
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of previous experience in culinary roles
• Journeyman status or pursuing Red Seal certification
• Background in culinary education preferred
• Must have a versatile schedule
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
