SUMMARY

Are you a motivated sales professional looking to make a significant impact? SEEKING a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales / Showroom Consultant. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives, connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our diverse range of high-quality Food / Restaurant Equipment in our showroom.

We are a major player in the in industry who is experiencing strong growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers in show room, offering top-tier service and personalized solutions.
- Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying new opportunities, following up on leads, and engaging in proactive outreach to potential customers.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert in our product offerings, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
- Order Management: Handle the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accurate order entry, timely delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, turning challenges into opportunities for enhancing customer loyalty.
- Collaborative Efforts: Partner with team members,



including the company founders, to share insights, strategies, and feedback to continuously improve our sales processes.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, utilizing data to inform and optimize sales strategies.
- Customer Insights: Collect and relay customer feedback to guide product development and service enhancements.

Qualifications

- Answering emails, answering phones, and assisting walk-in customers in finding the correct products
- Maintaining pricing updates on the showroom floor
- Keeping the showroom area organized and restocked
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the food equipment or related industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
