Overview

Night Auditor position at Germain H f4tels focused on accounting tasks, guest services, and on-site security during the night. The role involves managing check-ins/check-outs and ensuring smooth communications with the next morning b;s team and other departments.

Responsibilities

- Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.
- Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.
- Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them,



and ensure that internal activities run smoothly so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.

Qualifications

- Hotel or accounting background, an asset
- Night Auditor experience, an asset
- Ability to handle unexpected situations creatively and professionally
- Autonomy, sense of organization, responsibility, and initiative - essential
- Fluid oral and written communication
- Positive and trustworthy attitude
