Reporting to the Manager of Housing, Shelters, & Community Services, your role involves creating a secure, welcoming space for families in outreach. You'll supervise support staff, help integrate case management, and lead crisis interventions. Your efforts will contribute to program evaluation and development while ensuring compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all support workers and oversee staff training
• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with residents




• Direct crisis responses and report incidents effectively
• Liaise with community partners for enhanced services
• Uphold Our Place Society's values through modeling
Requirements:
• Experience with marginalized populations is essential
• Comprehensive understanding of community support resources
• Ability to work independently and manage stress
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with BCGEU Collective Agreement policies
