Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will be instrumental in complement management, coordinating reconciliation activities, and updating the SAP system. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate divisional complement reconciliation and reporting activities
• Extract and update reports in the SAP Complement Management system
• Manage staff requisitions and budget changes within organizational structures




• Develop detailed organizational charts for assigned divisions
• Respond to inquiries on complement policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Extensive experience with employee documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP systems
• Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Employment Standards and Collective Agreements
