Job Description: Independently manage files from commencement until resolution Conduct legal research and develop case strategies Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation materials Advocate for clients in the BC Supreme Court Chambers, the BC Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada Act as second chair and work with senior counsel in developing and implementing strategies for very large and complex files Requirements: LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school Minimum of 2 years of Commercial Litigation experience, post call Member in positive standing with the Law Society of British Columbia Strong advocacy and client engagement skills Compensation: Base salary ranging from $100,000-$155,000 + bonus Comprehensive perks Hands on mentorship and CPD courses provided
