This role ensures proper solder reflow, material bonding, and product quality in accordance with manufacturing specifications, particularly for high-reliability RF and electronic applications.
Responsibilities Operate substrate reflow hot plate equipment according to manufacturing procedures Perform precision thermal processing of electronic substrates and components Monitor temperature profiles, timing, and process parameters during reflow operations Ensure proper solder reflow, bonding,
