Junior Accounting Clerk Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and positive Junior Accounting Clerk to join their Finance team in a fully onsite position.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this individual will support day-to-day transactional accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, payments, postings, and general accounting support.

This is a temporary chance with a potential to become full time for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: Support daily AP (80%) and AR functions Perform bank reconciliations and bookkeeping duties Process payments and accounting postings Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with data entry and transactional accounting tasks Support the Finance team with administrative and ad hoc duties as needed Qualifications: 3+ years of accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or AP/AR experience preferred Recent graduates must possess formal accounting education Candidates with 34 years of relevant experience strongly considered,



with preference given to those with accounting education Experience using Sage and/or Microsoft Dynamics considered an asset Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables Solid attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude with a team-player mentality Willingness to support wherever needed in a cooperative environment AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
