Key Responsibilities:
Conduct social work and psychosocial assessments for clients
Provide therapeutic services and facilitate client change

Support patient admissions and discharges across services
Share relevant information with community service providers
Requirements:
Full registration with BC College of Social Workers
Minimum 2 years in a complex health care setting
Valid BC Driver's License may be required
Ability to work independently and with diverse teams
