YOUR ROLE: As an associate, you will work on matters of insurance defense and coverage, engaging in all aspects of litigation.

Your role will include among others to:



Conduct research and provide legal analysis; Advise clients; Draft pleadings, motion materials, factums, pre-trial memorandums, mediation briefs, etc.; Engage in trials and appels; Attend mediations; Perform certain tasks related tobusiness needs and business developments. SKILLS REQUIRED: A member in positive standing with the Law Society of British Columbia; 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation and insurance law; Exceptional communication skills with a forte in writing; Autonomy, rigor and robust advocacy skills.
