About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in Capital Markets, specifically Repo and/or Securities Lending. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex business and technology initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering projects that support front-to-back office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects within the Repo and/or Securities Lending domain.
Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, and vendors to define project scope, objectives, and delivery plans.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Coordinate business analysis, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.




Identify prospects for process improvements and promote continuous delivery best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of Project Management experience delivering large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
Mandatory: Domain expertise in Repo and/or Securities Lending .
Robust understanding of Capital Markets products, trade lifecycle, and post-trade processes.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence .

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with leading Investment Banks or Capital Markets organizations.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant Project Management certifications.
Exposure to regulatory initiatives, collateral management, or securities financing operations is an advantage.
