We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our remote team.

This role is centered around client support, benefit education, and helping families understand the options available to them through a easy virtual process.

What Youll Be Doing In this position, you will connect with clients and members who have requested information about their benefits.

You will help review eligibility, explain available programs, and guide clients through the enrollment process in a professional and supportive way.

Daily responsibilities may include:
