Your new role As Technical Director, you will lead the technical function across a portfolio of geotechnical projects, overseeing design, bidding, and execution.

You will play a key role in driving business growth while ensuring technical quality, safety, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities include: Leading and mentoring the technical team Overseeing design development, submissions, and shop drawings Supporting bid preparation and contributing to winning work Driving process improvements and technical excellence Collaborating with operations leadership to deliver projects efficiently Building robust client and stakeholder relationships Contributing to strategic growth and business development with current and future clients What you''ll need to succeed To be considered for this vital and important role, your background should include 810+ years experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a similar industry Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Strong background in geotechnical, foundations, or ground improvement Proven leadership and team development capability Experience with design and estimation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Deep

Ex/DeepFND asset) Solid client-facing and business development skills Ability to operate across design,mercial, and operational functions Ideally you are located in the HRM, consideration will be given to those living in New Brunswick as long as you are able to travel to Halifax as expected.
