ABOUT THE POSITION Lead day-to-day site execution for TI projects: trade coordination, sequencing, quality control, safety, schedule, and site logistics.

Maintain short-interval planning with consistent 23 week lookaheads, using the baseline schedule as a starting point and adjusting as site conditions change.

Act as the primary onsite representative with clients, trades, building stakeholders, and occupants as required.

Use the clients core tools for project delivery and field execution (Procore for project management and Site

Max for employee hours/time tracking).

Support the growth of a current TI group and take on expanded leadership responsibility as projects scale. THE REQUIREMENTS Proven TI superintendent experience (TI background is preferred over multifamily for this hire).

Hands-on carpentry background is a strong asset (lean team, practical site needs, and occasional misc scopes to oversee).

Strong communication and professionalism; able to represent the company well onsite.
