What Youll Do Lead and support kitchen staff during high-volume event service Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization Mentor and train cooks and kitchen team members Work closely with concessions, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth service Requirements What You Bring 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality or food service Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations Flexible availability for evenings, weekends,



and event days Must be available for all Blue Bombers home games (10 per season).
