Job Title: MRO Inventory & CMMS Deployment Specialist

Location: Greater Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced MRO Inventory & CMMS Deployment Specialist to support the implementation and optimization of a maintenance spare parts storeroom within a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in MRO inventory management, CMMS/ERP systems, warehouse operations, barcode implementation, inventory control, and Lean/5S practices.

Responsibilities:
Manage MRO spare parts inventory.
Generate and maintain barcode/QR code labels.
Maintain inventory in CMMS/ERP systems (SAP, Fiix, etc.).
Perform inventory verification and cycle counts.
Design and maintain storage locations and bin mapping.
Support warehouse layout optimization.
Implement 5S and Lean warehouse practices.
Support receiving and inventory staging processes.




Train users on CMMS workflows and inventory procedures.
Monitor inventory accuracy and audit compliance.
Support change management initiatives.
Maintain inventory security and access control.

Required Skills:
3+ years of MRO or Warehouse Inventory experience.
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems.
SAP, Fiix, Maximo or similar.
Barcode/QR code inventory systems.
Inventory Control.
Cycle Counting.
Bin Location Mapping.
Spare Parts Management.
Warehouse Operations.
5S / Lean Manufacturing.
Microsoft Excel.
Training & Documentation.
