Key Responsibilities:
Own the TTS backend implementation and integration
Minimize latency across the ASR to TTS pipeline
Optimize TTS input using phonetics and sociolinguistics
Develop the persona parameterization system for voice attributes
Manage structured prompts for LLM and TTS

Requirements:
3+ years in Speech Synthesis or speech ML
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks
Degree in Computational Linguistics or related field
Experience with TTS APIs and production-grade APIs
Proven track record in prompt engineering
