What youll do: Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op and creating a customer experience that aligns with Swan Valley Co-ops guiding statements.

Core duties will include, but are not limited to: Answer telephone in alignment with guest service standards, assist at the counter (bill payment, memberships) and assisting with customer inquiries.

Assist when needed: filing and sorting of customer invoices on a weekly basis, monthly mailing of customer statements preparation.

Completing daily cash counts.

Data entry as required.

All other duties as assigned.
