Our client, a well-established industrial manufacturer in the Fergus area, is currently seeking a licensed Industrial Electrician to join their maintenance team on a continental rotating shift.

Location: Fergus, ON

Pay: $42.93/hr Starting Wage + Premiums + OT

What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and production machinery
Diagnosing electrical breakdowns involving motors, drives, heaters, controls, and instrumentation
Working with PLCs, drive systems, and automated equipment
Completing preventative maintenance and repairs
Updating maintenance records and work orders within a computerized maintenance system
Supporting continuous operation of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
Valid 309A or 442A Electrician license
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Experience working in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs considered an asset




Familiarity with AC/DC drives and control systems
Comfortable using maintenance software and diagnostic tools
Strong commitment to safety and preventative maintenance practices

Shift Details
Continental rotating schedule (days and nights)
12-hour shifts
Every second weekend off
